Waiting for a hand…
How it works: MediaPipe Hands finds 21 keypoints on your hand, and a small neural network classifies their shape into a letter. Because
it reads geometry rather than pixels, it is robust to lighting, skin tone and background. Tips: keep your whole hand in view and hold
the sign steady. Covers 24 static letters — J and Z need motion and are excluded. Works with either hand.
